Your Family Tree has obtained a scan of an actual page from the 1911 Census, which can be seen on their site if you click here.

Note that the documents which survive from the 1911 Census are the schedules completed by individual householders, rather than the enumeration schedules we've been used to seeing. This means that in most cases you'll see your ancestor's handwriting, rather than that of the enumerator.

On the right-hand side of the scan the Infirmity column is blanked out. The information from this column will remain confidential until the census is 100 years old.
